Bill hello, it's really easy.
First, u have to have your files uploaded to some file server (like rapidshare.com 4 example). the thing is russian people prefer russian servers and one of the most popular ones is files.mail.ru (u have to open a new account to be able to upload up to 10Gb of data). After, u need to create a new post where will be: name of your composition (preferably in russian )))), short description like size, type of audio format the archive saved in and the post itself with the detail full explanation with the number of tracks and the link where to download.
If it's too complicated, please feel free to post your questions and i will help u the best i can.

Please, try to write composers and main performers in Russian. I'm not sure in google translator's quality for this purpose. You can use ru.wikipedia.org site search to find right translation of famous composers and performers full names. For example, type "Johan Sebastian Bach" in search form, and the title of the first search result will be "Бах, Иоганн Себастьян" = "Bach, Johan Sebastian" in Russian.

You can also try google site search .
An example. Search query: "Claude Debussy site:ru.wikipedia.org". First result title: "Дебюсси, Клод — Википедия" = "Debussy, Claude - Wikipedia" in Russian.

It will be better for our site if it will contain less composers and performers names in English, because we don't wont to attract "pirate" hunters.
